Project 5: Mad Dogs & Englishmen

An action-packed comedy about love, scholarship and extreme sports, MAD DOGS & ENGLISHMEN is the story of how a contemporary "Confederate yank" in King Arthur's realm turns the British government and academe upside down and finds true love while in pursuit of thrills.   

The story of the year the Rhodes Scholarship Committee screws up -- royally -- this "extreme romantic comedy" is a delightful "fish out of water" tale celebrating romance, extreme sports, and the amateur spirit.  It's been referred to as ANIMAL HOUSE GOES TO OXFORD, but takes the lighter tone of NIGHT SHIFT or SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL.
